If you’re planning to take a voyage on an expedition cruise ship to the Arctic or Antarctic, on an expedition– you will require a fit-to-cruise certificate confirming that you are fit to travel.

Your name and date of birth.
A statement confirming that you are in good health and fit to travel.

Contact details of ZoomDoc Health with a QR code enabling a verification check.
Any additional cruise line specific medical forms are also completed – for free.
Please note: Our fit-to-cruise medical certificate expires 180 days after the date of issue.
