What will I receive?
You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:
Your name, passport number and date of birth.
Confirmation of the date and time your test was taken, the type of test taken (rapid lateral flow) and the test manufacturer (Flowflex or Healgen).
Approved confirmation of the test result – negative, positive, or unclear.
Signature and authorisation by one of our GMC-registered UK doctors.

How does it work?
As part of your COVID-19 test verification service, you will be asked to upload a 30-second to 1-minute video that shows you taking your lateral flow test at home.
Your evidence is then reviewed by our doctors, prior to issuing you with your COVID-19 test result certificate. If our doctors have any further questions, they may give you a quick call.
Accepted worldwide, this digital PDF letter is signed by a UK-registered doctor and includes a QR code enabling verification.
Important – Our COVID-19 test verification service
Our service is only suitable if you already have a rapid lateral flow test manufactured by either Flowflex or Healgen, and you need your test to be observed in order to verify the result. As no physical test kit is provided as part of this service, you can purchase one from our online store or your local pharmacy.
Please note: We are unable to accept a photo of a cassette as evidence without the video of the test being taken.

What will I need to supply?
To allow us to verify your test result and issue a medical certificate, we will require the following information:
A photo of your passport or driving license
A photo of your test cassette taken 15 minutes after your test
A 30-second to 1-minute video that shows you taking your own lateral flow test (Flowflex or Healgen)
Which test kits can be verified by this service?
We can only verify Flowflex or Healgen branded COVID-19 tests as part of this service.
Flowflex and Healgen rapid lateral flow tests can be purchased from most pharmacies.

Once validated, we will send your COVID-19 test result certificate to you by email and SMS - within 2 hours.
You will also need to have someone who is able to shoot the video of you taking the test at home.
Please wash your hands thoroughly both before and after taking your test.
Taking a swab test can feel uncomfortable – you may feel like gagging, but you should not experience pain.
If you begin to experience strong resistance or pain, do not insert the swab any further into your nose or throat.
