Same-day fit-to-cruise medical certificate, required to confirm you are fit to travel by cruise ship.
Availability: UK and International
If you’re planning to take a voyage on a cruise ship to the Arctic or Antarctic, on an expedition, or if you are pregnant and fancy a last minute cruise holiday – you may require a fit-to-cruise certificate confirming that you are fit to travel.
Our doctors can provide you with a same-day medical certificate that will confirm you are in good health and have no conditions that should prevent travel. No appointment is needed – simply apply online.
You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:
Your name and date of birth.
A statement confirming that you are in good health and fit to travel by cruise.
Signature and authorisation by one of our GMC-registered UK doctors.
Contact details of ZoomDoc Health with a QR code enabling a verification check.
Please note: Our fit-to-cruise medical certificate expires 90 days after the date of issue.
Upload a video and complete a questionnaire
Upload by 9pm for same-day service. This should be a 30 second – 1 minute video + your digital Summary Care Record.
